Cancellation Policy
48 hours or less notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
Reschedules: No cancellation fees apply, if rescheduled within 24 hours.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are forfeited for all cancellations, but will be applied to your new appointment if you reschedule.
